  • Speciality: Ranger Pipelines Incorporated hereby requests quotes from San Francisco Small & Micro-LBEs (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division) for the following items of work: Trucking, Sawcutting, Traffic Control, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Work, Excavation/Backfill. The LBE subcontracting requirement for this project is 20%. We encourage subcontractors submitting quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of supplies.
