The objective of the project is to replace or expand the existing sewer on the subject streets, construct two raised crosswalks. The work is to be performed in SF, CA.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st floor, Customer Service Desk, SF, CA 94102 for a non refundable $150 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.” A CD verson is available for a fee of $10. A contractor, who is requesting plans and specifications by mail, should send a request with the appropriate payment amount, FedEx number, business card, contractor license number and return Shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor.
