(“PMI”) requests proposals/quotes from all qualified subcontractors, suppliers, and truckers including CMD-certified LBE firms for the following work including, but not limited to: Protecting Existing Underground Utilities, Subsurface Investigations, Demo, Environmental Management of Excavated Materials, Concrete, Formwork, Reinforcing Steel, CIP Conc, Precast Conc, Composite Architectural Precast Panels, No-shrink Grout, Metals, Structural & Misc. Metals, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Metal Plate Wall Panels, Sheet Metal Wall Cladding, Openings, Hollow Metal Doors & Frames, Detention Doors & Frames, Door Hardware, Finishes, Anti-Graffiti & Protective Coating, Electrical, Cables, Electrical Systems, Switchboards, Lighting Systems, Communications, Electrical Safety & Security, Earthwork, Geotechnical, Site clearing, Excavation & Fill, Dewatering, Concrete Piles, Exterior Improvements, Aggregate Base, Tactile Warning Paver, Curbs/Gutters & Sidewalks, Landscape & Irrigation, Soil Preparation, Utilities, Sewer and Storm System Piping, High-Voltage Cables, Landscape Drainage, GIS, Site Lighting Protection, Process Interconnections, SCADA 100% Payment & Performance bonds will be required from a single, Treasury-listed surety company subject to PMI’s approval.
