  • Speciality: Flatiron West, Inc. is soliciting quotes from SF Contract Monitoring Division Local, Small & Micro-LBE SUBCONTRACTORS/SUPPLIERS for the following scopes of work, but not limited to Divisions 02 through 45 or: Erosion Control, Landscape & Irrigation, AC Paving, Rebar, Painting & Coatings, Fencing, Electrical & Instrumentation Controls (STATEMENTS OF EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS FORMS REQUIRED), HVAC, Minor Concrete, Masonry, Welding, Concrete Pumping, Misc. Metals, Iron & Steel, Trucking, Ready Mix, Underground Precast, Vibration Monitoring, Asbestos Monitoring, Survey, Quality Control Testing, Aggregates Supply including: Class II Sand & Drain Rock, Underground Pipe Products including: Steel Process Pipe, Ductile, PVC Pipe, HDPE Pipe & C900, Pipe Support Systems, Pipe Insulation, Misc. Valves including Knife Gate & Swing Check, Membrane Roofing & Accessories, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Access Doors/Frames, Overhead Doors, Louvers/Vents, Ceramic Tiling, Toilet/Bath Accessories, Fire Protection Specialties, Plumbing, Panel Signage Misc. Construction Materials, SWPPP (plan & materials), Geotextile materials, Street Sweeping and Traffic Control. The Local Business Enterprise (“LBE”) participation requirement is 15% (CMD-Certified San Francisco LBEs ONLY). Flatiron requests that all Non-LBE Subs and Suppliers consider utilizing LBE firms as 2nd tier firms as part of their quotes to assist us in achieving the project goal. Please indicate any lower-tier LBE firm participation on your quote. Quotes must be valid for same duration as specified by Owner for contract award. Quotes will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary to facilitate participation. Flatiron intends to work cooperatively with all firms for scopes of work you are licensed and qualified to perform. Scopes of work can be split to facilitate participation from certified firms. Assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, supplies and materials is available upon request.
