The objective of the project is to modify the channel downstream of Lower Crystal Springs Dam to facilitate fish passage during the summer low flow months, to modify valves near the tow of the dam, and other related work. The work is to be performed in San Mateo, CA.

Bid discounts may be applied as per SF Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 8%. Both San Francisco Small & Micro-LBEs and SFPUC-LBEs (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division) can be utilized to meet this requirement. The 8% requirement was set factoring in environmental factors and permits and the availability of LBEs. Please contact Regina Chan at (415) 554-4335 for CMD related issues.
