  • Speciality: Cratus, Inc. is requesting quotes from Certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs Subcontractors, Suppliers, & Haulers for the construction of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s WW-753 Hayes Valley Sewer Improvements project. The engineer's estimate for the project is $11M-$12M. The objective of the project is to rehabilitate existing 3’x5’ brick sewers via cured-in-place liner installation, spray mortar, and slip lining, as shown in the plans and specifications. The work is to be performed on Franklin, Grove, Haves, Laguna, McAllister, Oak, Page, Polk, Scott, and Sutter Streets of San Francisco, California. Quotes are requested from qualified contractors for scopes, including but not limited to; Demolition, Traffic Control, Saw-Cutting, Trenchless Lining (CIPL), Slip Lining, Slurry Grout, Hazardous Material Handling, Grading, Paving. Excavation, Shoring, Overhead Contact System, Concrete Structures, Materials Testing, Trucking, Construction Aggregate, Other Required Work and Trades. Suppliers are required for Sewer Material & Construction Aggregate. The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontractor participation requirement for this contract is 6.00%. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs. Micro and Small-LBE subcontracting participation breakdown: 2.44% MBE; 0.88% WBE; 2.68% OBE.
