  • Contact: A. Ruiz is bidding on WD-2819 as a Prime and we are looking for qualified LBE Subcontractors. The objective of the project is to to provide as-needed ductile iron water main replacement required to support leak & break repairs and new development projects; it is estimated that approximately 4,400LF of ductile iron water mains will be replaced annually for a three year period. A. Ruiz Construction is seeking subcontractors for, but not limited to, the following trades: Traffic Control, Excavation, Trucking, Pipeline Installation, Concrete Paving/Sidewalk, and Asphalt Mill & Fill,
