(Emerson) is seeking qualified Local Business Enterprise (LBE) firms for inclusion in a professional design-build services proposal to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC). All firms need to be San Francisco-certified LBEs and have appropriate professional qualifications and California Registrations. The services required are to assist the SFPUC with planning, design, engineering, labor, materials procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning to replace the distributed control system for the SFPUC wastewater collection and treatment systems at multiple facilities. Other related services and goods will also be provided as-needed during the term of the Professional Design-Build Services Agreement.
