  • Speciality: CS-391 As-Needed Operations and Maintenance Support Services for HHWP MWH Americas, Inc. is seeking qualified Local Business Enterprise (LBE) firms for inclusion in a professional services proposal to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC). All firms need to be San Francisco-certified LBEs and have appropriate professional qualifications and California Registrations. The services required are to assist the SFPUC with as-needed operations and engineering maintenance projects related to water, power, and operations & maintenance during the term of the Professional Services Agreement. Some of the as-needed services may include, but are not limited to, water supply/storage/delivery/transport, water quality, water/wastewater treatment, powerhouse power system equipment and control network device support, management improvement support, asset management, specialized technical operation/maintenance, land management, security, environmental and regulatory compliance, health and safety support, condition assessment, customer service support and on-site support. MWH is seeking firms in the following engineering disciplines: civil, structural, electrical, geotechnical, and mechanical. Other disciplines also required comprise: surveying, materials testing, and value engineering. Qualified firms with LBE certification in the appropriate discipline covering the services proposed and with the qualifications required by the SFPUC’S request for proposal (RFP), should email statements of qualifications (SOQ) to sfops@mwhglobal.com.
