The objective of the project is to provide monthly elevator maintenance and as-needed repair for elevators located at various Wastewater Enterprise facilities. Work may also include modernization of elevators. The work is to be performed in SF, CA
There is no LBE subcontracting requirement for this project; however, bidders are encouraged to use San Francisco Local Certified Small and Micro-LBEs to the extent possible. Please contact Regina Chan at (415) 551-4335 for CMD related issues.
A Class “C-11” California Contractors License is required to bid. Furthermore, each listed subcontractor must possess appropriate active licenses for the work each subcontractor will be performing.
Hard copy versions of plans, specifications and bidding documents are available at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 1st Floor Customer Service Desk San Francisco, CA 94102 for a non-refundable $150 fee paid by cash or by check payable to “SFPUC.” The hard copy plans and specs will come bundled with a CD that for an additional $10 contains essential reference documents. A contractor, who is requesting plans & specs by mail should send a request with the appropriate payment amount, FedEx #, business card, contractor license # and return shipping information to: Contract Administration Bureau at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 8th floor, San Francisco, CA 94102.
