The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), a department of the City and County of San Francisco (“City”) seeks to retain the services of a qualified Proposer to conduct hydrologic, geomorphic, biological, and related river ecosystem science and management work on an as-needed basis. The work will be conducted in support of the Upper Tuolumne River Ecosystem Program (see Section II for background) and other SFPUC river and stream ecosystem management efforts. The Proposer may also be called upon to provide related services and support during the term of the Professional Services Agreement (Agreement). Such services may include Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and/or Computer Aided Design (CAD) based analyses and other modeling, permitting support, maintenance of stream flow and temperature monitoring instruments, stakeholder and project partner support, assistance with resource agency negotiations and other specialized services at the discretion of the SFPUC. In this document, the term Proposer shall refer to any legal entity(ies) submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP).
