The SFPUC, a department of the City, seeks to retain the services of a qualified Proposer to assist the Power Enterprise in analyses, studies, and reports; prepare regulatory/legislative review and documentation; and provide specialized energy strategy and technical expertise so that the SFPUC is well-positioned to serve a growing number of retail electric customers and adjust its operations in response to changing regulation.
