Customers can save money by reducing water usage. Routine maintenance and repairs can add up to big savings on your water bill and help conserve our precious water supplies. To help you find leaks, we have launched a leak alert program. As of Sept 2017, single family customers with three or more days of constant water use will be notified by letter, email, phone or text. Nonstop water use may mean there is a leak.
We also offer Water-Wise Evaluations for customers. Schedule a site visit from a water-efficiency specialist. We will walk with you through your home and garden and provide information about your water use, point out potential water-saving measures, and help identify leaks that can cause increased water and energy bills. Finally, don't forget to sign up for MyAccount to check on your water use on a daily and monthly basis.
