The objective of the project to replace the existing sewers and street pavement at various locations within the City and County of San Francisco. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 15.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 15.00% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. The 15.00% LBE subcontracting participation requirement is under 20.00% due to the specialized lining work that is approximately 50.00% of the total sewer pipeline lineal footage quantity.
