The objective of the project is to perform inspection, testing, and maintenance of the mechanical systems for the 525 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102 high rise building. In addition to the extent that any mechanical system, or any portion thereof, does meet regulatory requirements, the Contractor shall provide repair services including the replacement of component equipment as-needed. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.
Bid discounts may be applied for certified LBEs as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B; however, there is no LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement for this project. Please contact Nichole Truax at 415-554-3104 for further information.
