San Francisco Water Power and Sewer                                                               Partial Sandbox - Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) Survey

If you would like to participate in this free and recurring water testing program for lead and copper, please complete the following screening questions. The frequency of sample collection may vary between every six months to every three years. Answers to the questions in Part 1 will help us evaluate your eligibility.

If you would like to participate in this water testing program, please answer all the questions on the following pages. Answering these questions does not guarantee that your residential property will be selected for this free test for lead and copper in your drinking water. You will be notified via email if your property meets the selection criteria, which are based on the regulatory requirements specified in the existing California drinking water standard and EPA's Lead and Copper Rule. This survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
