Bills are due and payable fifteen (15) days after the bill date. The following payment options are available for your convenience:
Pay by U.S. Mail: Send the bottom portion of the bill with check or money order to P.O. Box 7369, San Francisco, CA 94120-7369. (DO NOT MAIL CASH).
Pay on-line: Use a bill payment service provider such as Checkfree or your financial institution.
Pay by credit card by phone: Call (415) 551-3000. We accept Master Card and American Express. Please note that there is a nominal fee assessed with this payment option.
Pay by Direct Payment: Sign up for automatic payment service, also called direct debit or direct payment. For an authorization form or additional information please call (415) 551-3000. You may also sign up online at http://www.directpaymentplan.com
Pay in person: By cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, ATM cards at the following locations:
SFPUC - Water Department - 1155 Market Street (between 7th and 8th Streets) 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except City holidays).
City Hall, Room 140 - 1 Dr. Carlton Goodlett Place between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except City holidays).
