The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) intends to publish a RFP for Electric Supply Services for its Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Program. The attached RFP is a DRAFT. The FINAL RFP is expected to be released no later than August 6th, but will not differ substantively from this DRAFT. The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) retained George E. Sansoucy, P.E., LLC (GES) to prepare this Task 5 report on measures that the City could take regarding the use of renewable resources and energy efficiency measures to assure a robust and successful San Francisco Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Program. This report summarizes the GES findings and recommendations regarding the resource portfolio contemplated in the CCA Draft Implementation Plan (DIP) to satisfy customer demand in the current market environment.     Read more

Sansoucy, P.E., LLC was retained by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) to prepare a report on the levelized costs of various portfolio options that meet the City's goals for integration of renewable energy generation and demand side resources. This Task 4 report analyzes the Levelized Cost of Electricity associated with various portfolio options that could be utilized to serve CCA customer load.     Read more
