NEW WATER CAPACITY CHARGE
Please be advised that the NEW Water Capacity Charge will go into effect January 1, 2008 pursuant to City and County of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) Resolution No. 07-0099 adopted on June 12, 2007. The resolution requires any user requesting a new connection to the water distribution system, or requiring additional capacity as a result of any addition, improvement, modification or change in use of an existing connection, to pay a capacity charge. The Capacity Charge will be adjusted annually beginning July 1, 2008.
UPDATED WASTEWATER CAPACITY CHARGE
Please be advised that the revised Wastewater Capacity Charge will go into effect January 1, 2008 pursuant to City and County of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) Resolution No. 07-0100 adopted on June 12, 2007. The initial Charge went into effect with building permits issued on or after July 1, 2005 in accordance with Resolution No. 05-0045. The resolution requires any user requesting a new connection or requiring additional wastewater collection additional treatment capacity to pay a Wastewater Capacity Charge. The Capacity Charge will be adjusted annually beginning July 1, 2008.
