Streetlight Problems
Effective July 1, 2009, the old SFPUC online form will no longer be used to report problems with streetlights in the city.
All street lighting complaints will be handled by San Francisco's 311 Customer Service Center.
311 is an easy-to-remember telephone number that connects residents, businesses, and visitors to Customer Service Representatives.
They are ready to help with general government information and services.
