Office of the Ombuds

The Office of the Ombuds was created to increase contractor participation in WSIP and future capital improvement programs by providing a "one-stop service center," where construction contracting community; prime contractors, sub-contractors, trade organization and business community, can obtain information such as upcoming construction contracting opportunities, bid requirements, links, upcoming workshops and events and other related city resources in a timely and professional manner.
