The objective of the project is to construct a new fueling station with two fueling islands and two
aboveground storage tanks on a reinforced concrete pier foundation in the City Distribution Division Yard located at 1990 Newcomb Avenue in San Francisco, California. The project shall require the demolition of the existing fueling station, gas station office, neighboring canopies as well as the removal of the underground storage tank. The new fueling station shall provide unleaded gasoline and renewable diesel for San Francisco Public Utilities Commission fleet vehicles. The project shall also provide diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dispensers, Air & Water stations and a propane tank with dispenser.
