Hetch Hetchy is the Bay Area's largest supply of water. It's a seven-decade old system that hasn't changed much since it was built. A $4.3 billion dollar retrofit is underway, securing the primary source of water for 2.4 million customers. In Assignment 7, we look at what still needs to be done and where some of the money has already went.
