Scoping meetings across the SFPUC regional area highlighted the beginning of the programmatic environmental review of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s $4.3 billion Water System Improvement Program (WSIP). The meetings began in Sonora on October 5th and ended in San Francisco on October 18th. Attached below are the transcripts of those scoping meetings.
