New Irvington Tunnel Project Revised Notice of Preparation

A revised Notice of Preparation (NOP) of a draft environmental impact report (DEIR) for the New Irvington Tunnel Project sponsored by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) has been issued by the San Francisco Planning Department.
An NOP was previously issued by the San Francisco Planning Department on July 14, 2006, and a scoping meeting was held on August 7, 2006. Subsequent to the initial NOP and scoping in 2006, the SFPUC has revised its proposed project design and construction approach. As a result, a revised NOP has been prepared to inform you of the changes to the project.
