 John Muir Wetland Conceptual Design

This Technical Memorandum presents the findings of the John Muir Wetland conceptual design including the wetland layout, treatment characteristics and capacity, and the resulting quantity of treated stormwater that could be provided for Lake Merced lake level enhancement.  This technical memorandum is attached below.

Groundwater Development for Maintenance of Lake Merced North Westside Groundwater Basin


Restoration of Lake Merced water levels is an important environmental restoration project within the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s (SFPUC) Water System Improvement Program (WSIP).  The project is currently in the planning phase, during which the SFPUC has been evaluating four potential supplemental water sources to maintain Lake Merced water levels.  This technical memorandum is attached below.
