The Preliminary Project Concepts document represents a "laundry list" of projects with several different potential sources of funding. The sources of funding include: the Habitat Reserve Program, The Habitat Conservation Plans for the Alameda and Peninsula Watersheds and other project mitigation funds. The Watershed and Environmental Improvement Program (WEIP) funds will only be used to support these projects after all other funding sources have been considered.
