At the request of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, Kennedy/Jenks Consultants has prepared this report summarizing water management operations for the Pilarcitos watershed area. The report incorporates results of related studies assess the aquatic habitat and fish passage conditions within Pilarcitos Creek, upstream and downstream of Stone Dam, and identify options for improvement. These studies are included full as appendices to the report. Specifically:
