This report is the third of four key deliverables in the development of the Sustainability Plan and Program for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC). It presents the strategies and initiatives that are proposed to initiate actions to improve SFPUC’s performance against its Sustainability Baseline Assessment FY05/06. It provides the basis to move into the fourth and final phase of the Sustainability Plan and Program, when SFPUC will develop detailed blueprints to implement the strategies and initiatives, including specific actions and targets, timetables, schedules, costs and positions/parties responsible for implementation.
