This report is the second of four key deliverables in the development of the Sustainability Plan for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC). It presents the baseline assessment of the SFPUC’s sustainability performance using fiscal year ’05-’06, and highlights its strengths and weaknesses against the set of indicators published August 1, 2006. This assessment will be used as the basis for tracking the SFPUC’s performance over time, and to identify priority strategies and targets in the next phase of plan development.
