The Public Utilities Commission meeting will be held in Room 402, 1155 Market Street, San Francisco, CA. The Commission meeting room is wheelchair accessible. The closest accessible BART station is the Civic Center Station at United Nations Plaza and Market Street. 4. Public Hearing to consider the adoption of the SFPUC 10-Year Capital Plan for FY 2010-11 though FY 2019-20, and possible action to approve. (Rydstrom)
Capital Plan – Project Budgets & Funding Authorizations
5. Discussion and possible action to recommend introduction and adoption of SFPUC Supplemental Appropriation of $1,647,249,198, including $1,448,149,337 of capital project funding and $199,099,861 for related financing costs, for the Water Enterprise’s Water System Improvement Program (WSIP), consistent with the first two years of the SFPUC’s 10-Year Capital Plan, FY 2010-11 and FY 2011-12; and authorizing the General Manager to submit to the Board a proposed Ordinance authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $1,675,724,038 aggregate principal amount of Water Revenue Bonds under the terms of Proposition E (November 2002); provided, however, the General Manager shall return to this Commission and the Board for a subsequent discretionary approval of any disclosure and security documents prepared in connection with the issuance of such Bonds. 6. Discussion and possible action to recommend introduction and adoption of SFPUC Supplemental Appropriations totaling $378,547,075, including Water Enterprise funding of $30,483,021 for capital projects that are above the scope of the WSIP, and $348,064,054 for the Wastewater Enterprise, both including related financing costs and consistent with the first two years of the SFPUC’s 10-Year Capital Plan, FY 2010-11 and FY 2011-12; and authorizing the General Manager to submit to the Board proposed Ordinance(s) authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $30,483,021 aggregate principal amount of Water Revenue Bonds and $297,756,235 aggregate principal amount of Wastewater Revenue Bonds under the terms of Proposition E (November 2002); provided, however, the General Manager shall return to this Commission and the Board for a subsequent discretionary approval of any disclosure and security documents prepared in connection with the issuance of such Bonds.(Rydstrom)
