The Public Utilities Commission meeting will be held in Room 400, City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA. The Commission meeting room is wheelchair accessible. The closest accessible BART station is the Civic Center Station at United Nations Plaza and Market Street. Accessible MUNI lines serving this location are: #47 Van Ness, and #71 Haight/Noriega and the F Line to Market and Van Ness and the Metro Stations at Van Ness and Market and at Civic Center. a) Staff Recommendation: Approve the selection of Jacobs Project Management Company (Jacobs); award Agreement No.
CS-102, Sunnydale Sewer Tunnel Project, to provide Construction Management Services; and authorize the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to negotiate and execute a professional services agreement with Jacobs for an amount not-to-exceed $2,500,000 and with a duration of three (3) years. . b) Staff Recommendation: Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No.
CS-931, High Efficiency Clothes Washer Rebate Initiative, with Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG &E) to continue to process and administer washing machine rebates to SFPUC customers; and authorize the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to execute this amendment increasing the agreement by $749,000 for a total agreement amount of $1,320,000 and with a time extension of one (1) year, for a total agreement duration of three (3) years, four and one-half months. c) Staff Recommendation: Approve the selection of AECOM/WRE, Joint Venture (AECOM/WRE, JV), RMC and Carollo Engineers; award Agreement Nos.
CS-955A-C, Specialized and Technical Wastewater Services, to provide specialized and technical services related to the operations and management of wastewater collection, storage, treatment, biosolids, maintenance, asset management, stormwater management, workforce development and regulatory compliance; and authorize the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) to negotiate and execute professional service agreements with the above mentioned firms for an amount not-to-exceed $3,000,000 each, and for a duration of five (5) years each. d) Staff Recommendation: Approve the selection of RMC, AECOM/WRE, Joint Venture (AECOM/WRE, JV), MWH/AGS/LEE, Joint Venture (MWH/AGS/LEE, JV) and KJ/GTC, Joint Venture (KJ/GTC, JV); award Agreement Nos.
CS-971A-D, Specialized and Technical Services, Water Enterprise to provide enterprise operations and management services related water supply, storage delivery, transport, water quality, water treatment and natural resources; and authorize the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) to negotiate professional service agreements with RMC (CS-971A), AECOM/WRE, JV (CS-971B) MWH/AGS/LEE, JV (CS-971C) and KJ/GTC, JV (CS-971D) for an amount not-to-exceed $2,250,000 each, and for a duration of five (5) years each. 19. Discussion and possible action approving Amendment No. 1 to Water Enterprise Project Funded Agreement No.
CS-894, Pipeline Condition Assessment Services, with CH2M-Hill to provide the SFPUC with evaluation of Hetch Hetchy Water & Power (HHWP) pipeline facilities, including but not limited to evaluation through direct examination, fitness for life investigations and pipeline system rehabilitation plans; authorize the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to execute this amendment increasing the agreement by $3,110,000 for a total agreement amount of $6,660,000 and with a time extension of twenty-four (24) months, for a total agreement duration of eighty-four (84) months. 20. Discussion and possible action approving Amendment No. 2 to Agreement Nos.
CS-923 A and B, Hetch Hetchy Water Power (HHWP) System Condition Assessment and Upgrade Services, with Stantec (CS-923A) and Black & Veatch (CS-923B) for professional consulting services related to the rehabilitation and upgrade of power facilities; authorize the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) to execute these amendments increasing the agreements by $3,750,000 for Stantec (CS-923A) and $2,750,000 for Black & Veatch (CS-923B), and with a time extension of one (1) year, for a total agreement duration of four (4) years.

CS-943, Civil and Geotechnical Engineering Services, to provide condition assessments, design and construction support and general technical services related to dams, tunnels, penstocks, and other hydraulic structures for Hetch Hetchy Water & Power (HHWP); and authorize the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to negotiate and execute a professional services agreement with URS Corp. for an amount not to exceed $7,000,000 and with a duration of five (5) years, (Ritchie)
