The Public Utilities Commission meeting will be held in Room 400, City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA. The Commission meeting room is wheelchair accessible. CONSENT CALENDAR
8. All matters listed hereunder constitute a Consent Calendar, are considered to be routine by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, and will be acted upon by a single vote of the Commission. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Commission or the public so requests, in which event the matter will be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.
a) Staff Recommendation: Award WSIP Program-funded Contract No. WD-2479, Skyview-Aquavista Pump Station Upgrade, in the amount of $2,943,460, to LC General Engineering & Construction, Inc.
b) Staff Recommendation: Accept work performed for Wastewater Enterprise Repair and Replacement Program-funded Contract No. CW-352, 23rd Avenue/31st Avenue/Arguello Boulevard/Funston Avenue Sewer Replacement for a total contract amount of $869,128.90; approve Modification No. 1 (Final) for a time extension of 18 consecutive calendar days and a total contract duration of 173 consecutive calendar days; and authorize final payment of $63,887.73 to J. Flores Construction.
REGULAR BUSINESS
9. Discussion and possible action related to amending the Second Memorandum of Understanding with the North Coast County Water District. (Carlin)
Staff Recommendation: Authorize the General Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Second Memorandum of Understanding by and between the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and North Coast County Water District to provide the SFPUC’s share of the cost of environmental consulting services necessary for preliminary design and permitting work for the Pacifica Recycled Water Project, in an amount not to exceed $392,940, subject to City Attorney approval as to the form of the agreement.
REAL PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS
10. Discussion and possible action related to garage parking space located at 1125 Mission Street. (Dowd)
Staff Recommendation: Approve the terms and conditions; and authorize the General Manager of Public Utilities to approve a two year and six month sub-lease for garage parking space located at 1125 Mission Street, comprising of approximately 40 parking spaces on the basement level floor.

11. Discussion and possible action related to amending Agreement Nos. CS-777A and CS-777B, As-Needed Engineering Design Services. (Kelly)
Staff Recommendation: Approve Amendment No. 1 to specific project-funded Agreement No. CS-777A, with URS Corporation and Amendment No. 1 to specific project-funded Agreement No. CS-777B with MWH Americas, Inc. and authorize the General Manager of Public Utilities to execute said amendments, increasing the agreement with each firm by $2,250,000, for total agreement amounts of $6,750,000 per firm (and a total budgeted amount not to exceed $13,500,000), and with a time extension for each contract of 24 months, for a total agreement duration of 60 months.
