CONSENT CALENDAR
9. All matters listed hereunder constitute a Consent Calendar, are considered to be routine by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, and will be acted upon by a single vote of the Commission. a) Staff Recommendation: Award Wastewater Enterprise, Repair and Replacement Program-funded Contract No. WW-391, Folsom and 16th Streets/Excelsior Avenue Sewer Replacement and Pavement Renovation, in the amount of $916,160, to Harty Pipelines.
b) Staff Recommendation: Award Wastewater Enterprise, Repair and Replacement Program-funded Contract No. WW-407, North Point and Larkin Streets Sewer Replacement, in the amount of $402,350, to A. Ruiz Construction.
c) Staff Recommendation: Ratify the Declaration of Emergency made by the General Manager of Public Utilities, dated April 10, 2006, and approved by the President of the Commission, regarding repair of Hetch Hetchy facilities with imminent hazard due to a rock slide.

10. Discussion and possible action related to Agreement No. DB-112, Solar Photovoltaic Renewable Energy Plants. (Hale)
Staff Recommendation: Award Power Enterprise Solar Power Project-funded Agreement No. DB-112, a design-build agreement for turnkey design and construction of two solar photovoltaic renewable energy plants, to Design-Build Solutions Inc., for an amount not to exceed $492,964.16 over the life of the project; authorize the General Manager of Public Utilities to negotiate and execute said agreement.

Staff Recommendation: Award Water System Improvement Program-funded Contract No. WD-2507, in the amount of $15,190,500, to Ranger Pipelines, Inc.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACTS

12. Discussion and possible action related to Agreement No. CS-746, Environmental Analysis Services, Alameda Siphons/Irvington Tunnel. (Torrey)
Staff Recommendation: Approve Amendment No. 1 to Water Enterprise Water System Improvement Program-funded Agreement No. CS-746, with Irvington Partners Joint Venture (BASELINE Environmental Consulting and Jones & Stokes) to provide environmental review services, and authorize the General Manager of Public Utilities execute this amendment increasing the agreement by $550,000, for a total agreement amount of $1,750,000, and with a time extension of 181 consecutive calendar days, for a total agreement duration of 1,642 consecutive calendar days.
