Amend

25. Discussion and possible action related to Agreement No. CS-674, Brokerage Services, Owner-Controlled Insurance Program. (Layne)

Staff Recommendation: Approve Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. CS-674, with AON Risk Services, Inc., of Northern California Insurance Services, to extend the Owner-Controlled Insurance Program Professional Liability and Builders’ Risk Insurance coverages for an additional year; and authorize the General Manager of Public Utilities to execute this amendment, increasing the agreement by $1,256,845.00, for a total agreement amount of $7,178,933.87, and extend insurance coverages to coincide with expiration of other insurances.
