San Francisco Public Utilities Commission now offers a rebate for replacing 3.5 gallon per flush flushometer valve toilets with high-efficiency flushometers.  These 1.28 gallon per flush industrial toilets are 20% more water-efficient than the standard ultra low flush models that have been the federal standard since 1994.  By the year 2014, high-efficiency toilets will be the standard. Over a dozen models have been tested for maximum flushing performance.  We currently offer up to $200 per fixture replacement through our in house rebate program.  Refer to qualifying toilet list, application, and program rules for more information.
