The construction work for this project began in Winter 2007 and is expected to be completed before Summer 2008. 

The project was designed to improve the collection and transport of combined sewer on St Charles Avenue, from Belle Avenue to Payson Street, and provide area-wide improvement near Brotherhood Way and Alemany Boulevard.
