The environmental analysis of the WRP that was conducted in the 2004 IS/MND is still valid for all aspects of the project except for the elements related to the location of the tank and the tank feed pipeline and changes to the pump station as analyzed in the 2004 document. Only these aspects of the project will be analyzed in this IS/SMND.
The purpose of this document is to evaluate the potential environmental effects of the change in recycled water tank location and pump station design for the previously approved North Coast County Water District WRP.
