The Water Recyling Project Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) has been prepared by the North Coast County Water District (NCCWD), the Lead Agency for the project. The IS/MND has been prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), as amended.
The IS/MND dated April 28, 2004 was circulated from that date to July 30, 2004 for public review and comment. This Final IS/MND contains responses to comments received during the public review period, and incorporates by reference all text changes (additions and deletions) made since the Draft IS/MND was prepared.
