Regarding the Alameda Siphon #4 Project, below is a Neighborhood Notice of Project Receiving Environmental Review from the San Francisco Department of Planning's Major Environmental Analysis Section. This was distributed to area residents and interested stakeholders in July 2006. 

The Alameda Siphon #4 Project is being studied by the Planning Department’s Major Environmental Analysis section to determine the potential environmental effects of the proposal. No environmental documents have yet been issued by our Department for this project as of July 2006.
