Both San Francisco, as the Regional Water System owner and operator, and its Wholesale Customers share a commitment to the Regional Water System providing a reliable supply of high quality water at a fair price, and achieving these goals in an environmentally sustainable manner. This Water Supply Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and Wholesale Customers in Alameda County, San Mateo County and Santa Clara County which will be considered for approval at the April 28, 2009 Commission meeting.
