Follow this link to download the raw data from SFPUC's anemometer, which has been taking hourly wind readings at San Francisco Zoo since 2003.  The anemometer records average hourly wind speed, maximum gust and average direction.  The data are being evaluated by SFPUC to determine whether the wind regime by Ocean Beach could economically support up to one megawatt of wind generation.
