San Francisco’s new GoSolarSF Program is established to increase the number of solar installations within the city by providing incentive payments to residents, local businesses and non-profit organizations. 

Incentives will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis until the incentive budget is exhausted. During fiscal year 2008-2009, the program will be funded with $3 million from annual net operating revenues of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), the agency administering the program. Any unspent funds will roll over into fiscal year 2009-2010. Please see the attached application package and agreement below.
