On April 24, 2007, the Rates Fairness Board (RFB), led by Vice-Chair Howard Ash, presented the board's report to San Francisco Public Utilities Commission members. The report details the RFB's recommendations and comments on the major aspect of the SFPUC's proposed water and sewer rates for Fiscal Year 2007-2008 and FY 2008-2009 to be found in the enclosed attachment.

Also, enclosed is a finalized copy of the SFPUC's water and wastewater rate proposal.

San Francisco Public Utilities Commission members are expected to vote on the proposed water and wastewater rates on May 8, 2007 in City Hall, Room 400 at 1:30 p.m.
