| If you are reporting an emergency such as a pole knockdown, hanging fixture, or a leaning pole, during normal working hours (8 AM until 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday) please call 415-554-0730 or 415-554-0729. After hours and holidays please call 415-558-3265. |
| There are approximately 43,000 street lights within the City and County of San Francisco. Of these, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) owns and maintains approximately 22,000. The remainder are owned and maintained by various agencies (MUNI, PG&E, DPW, Cal Trans, etc.). Should the street light you are reporting be owned by another agency, your complaint will be properly forwarded to their department. Thanks for your help. |
