Registered (LBE) Subcontractor Request: Required Specialities: ORCAS Project Controls is seeking qualified Local Business Enterprise (LBE) firms for inclusion in a professional services proposal to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC). All firms need to be San Francisco-certified LBEs and have appropriate professional qualifications and California Registrations. The services required are to augment, assist and support Program Controls and Support Bureau (PCSB) staff as-needed on various scheduling, forecasting, change control, cost control, and cost estimating assignments; and on the administration and programming of a Primavera-based Program Controls System to integrate with various other databases, generate reports and update capital programs/projects data. The Program Controls Consultant(s) will mainly work in SFPUC offices in the City, but may have assignments at SFPUC construction sites as well.
