Registered (LBE) Subcontractor Request: Required Specialities: Entities or individuals capable of providing one or more of the following tasks: 1) preparation of land use opinions relating to the development of renewable energy resources; 2) presenting and promoting the Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) Program to the public, the media, and governmental and regulatory entities; 3) electric utility infrastructure and services, planning, and procurement; and 4) making applications for and accepting grants, fees, and other allocations from federal, state, and local agencies and private entities that may be available for the advancement and/or benefit of the CCA Program. Qualified entities or individuals will have fifteen years of experience in performing the above referenced tasks, and either have or be able to obtain the appropriate licenses, registrations, or any certifications necessary to perform these types of assignments or tasks in the City of San Francisco. Registered (LBE) Subcontractor Request: Required Specialities: Registered (LBE) Subcontractor Request: Required Specialities: Individuals or Companies who are capable of conducting or assisting with a public outreach campaign to promote clean energy and the CCA program; Companies or Consultants with domain expertise and appropriate educational background and/or state licenses related to the following areas : Electricity Generation and Transmission Projects including knowledge of Renewable Energy Integration; Analytical and Advisory Services in the field of Electric Utility Services and/or Renewable Energy Construction, Procurement, Operations, or Planning; Individuals with a minimum of 15 years or more of experience in performing Analytical and Advisory Services in the field of Electric Utility Services and/or Renewable Energy Construction, Procurement, Operations, and Planning; and individuals with 5 - 15 years or more of experience related to and extensive knowledge of Electric Utility Planning and Procurement projects; individuals or companies with a Management-Level Understanding of the Finance and Delivery of Municipal Services; individuals or companies with a history in contracting, providing legal services to or other design and engineering services for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
