Contract work consists of sealing off the atrium opening at the reception area of Bldg. 930 at SEWPCP. This will provide the floor for a new Wastewater Coordination Center on the second story. New walls & doors will be erected to enclose this room;
new cabinets and bulletin boards will be installed. The first floor reception lobby will have two new desk counters, new tiles to replace existing carpet, and misc. cosmetic work. Electrical, mechanical, and structural work will bring each floor within the scope of work up to code, provide desired amenities, & supply necessary requirements for operation of the Center & Lobby. Demolition work includes but is not limited to removal of existing floor tiles, suspended ceilings, light fixtures, & mechanical diffusers. Lastly, this project includes misc. ADA work to make the area accessible for the disabled.

A Class "B" California Contractor License is required to bid. Plans & Specs area available for sale at 1155 Market Street, 9th floor.
