The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), a department of the City, seeks to retain the services of qualified Proposers to assist the SFPUC with systems engineering for the Water System Improvement Program (WSIP), including but not limited to: hydraulic, hydrologic and seismic reliability modeling; hydraulic analysis; technical review of project criteria to meet program goals and objectives; analysis of scope change impacts; investigations to verify operational shut-downs with construction sequencing; and future operations planning for the overall system as projects reach substantial construction completion. The SFPUC intends to award up to two (2) Agreements; each sixty (60) months in duration. The combined total of the Agreements shall not exceed four million dollars ($4,000,000).
