Project Update
Construction is moving forward swiftly on the Forest Hill Pump Station. As of November 1, construction is more than 75 percent complete and on schedule. Recently the contractor, NTK Construction Company, Inc., completed the concrete foundation and walls for the new pump station. Two new hydro-tanks which hold 7,650 gallons of water each are now in place. Fire detection and security devices on the new water pump station will be added. Originally built in 1964, the new pump station is being designed to blend in within the context and character of the existing neighborhood architectural structures. Construction is scheduled to be completed in summer 2013.
